ESD (electro static discharge) safe handling protects sensitive electronic components from static damage during storage and movement, using anti-static packaging, flooring and equipment. It matters because static damage is often invisible at dispatch and only manifests itself later as a field failure or warranty claim.
A CFA stores and dispatches goods for a brand without owning them, earning a service fee or commission, and generally also manages compliance and dispatch documentation on the brand's behalf. A 3PL usually offers a narrower warehousing-and-transport service. Yes. Returned units are received, inspected and functionally checked, then routed to a service centre, restocked, relabelled, or flagged for return-to-vendor or disposal depending on condition and warranty status. RMA handling is included in our standard electronics fulfillment process, not an add-on.
Each unit is logged against its serial or IMEI number inward and tracked through storage, picking and dispatch on our warehouse management system. This gives brands unit-level traceability for warranty validation, recalls and channel-wise stock reconciliation, rather than relying on carton-level counts alone.
